Yes. We digitize printed photographs, albums, VHS and camcorder tapes, and saved voicemails. If it holds a memory, we can almost always rescue it.

For anything that can't be uploaded — tapes, film reels, boxes of prints — we'll arrange it with you directly: local pickup or a tracked, insured mailer, and everything is returned to you exactly as it arrived.

The exact quote depends on what you'd like, and we confirm it with you before any work begins — there is never a charge you haven't seen coming. Many families share the cost between siblings, and flexible payment plans are available. Only people with the link or the QR code — memorial pages are not listed publicly or searchable. Guest tributes are reviewed before they appear, so the page always remains a gentle place.

They remain yours. After delivery you receive a link to download everything you shared, and you can ask us about preserving the originals and the full-quality film permanently in our archive.
